There may be an error message hidden behind the splashscreen (picture). You can use the following workaround: Start the station with a parameter -hide_splash, this should reveal the problem.

The easiest way is to modify the shortcut icon on the desktop - right mouse click on the icon to enter its properties page and add this parameter after the "c:\clarity lite\clarity.exe" (up to 6.2) or "c:\clarity lite\bin\clarity.exe" (since 7.0) in the Target field.
If the problem persists, update Clarity to the newest version or contact your local distributor.
