Send Report by Email does not perform any action.

In this situation, it may be incorrectly set-up the e-mail client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Eudora, The Bat!, ...) in Windows.

1. Ensure you have installed your favorite e-mail program.

2. Open Control Panel - Internet Options dialog - Programs tab.

Windows 7

3. Click the Set Programs button, then click Set your default programs link, select your e-mail client in the list and then click the Set this program as default button.

Windows 8 and 10

3. Press the Windows key, search for "Default Programs", select the displayed item. Click the Set Your Default Programs link and select your e-mail client in the list and then click the Set this program as default button.

4. Try to send the report again, Clarity should now open new email window with attachments required for the report.
