Can Clarity perform a "Norm % quantification"?

Yes. Normalized % calculation is available in Clarity since version 3.0. Use the NORM option in the Calculation tab of the Method Setup window. With this option set, Clarity automatically verifies:

  • Sample Amount=0.
  • All peaks in chromatogram are identified (calibrated).
  • All peaks in calibration are also identified in the chromatogram.

In older versions of Clarity, use the Amount % column in the Chromatogram - Results table to get the Normalized % calculation. To get correct results, the user must ensure, that all peaks in the chromatogram are identified and calibrated.
