Follow these steps:
- Download Debug Diagnostic Tool 2 from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49924
- Run DebugDiag 2 Collection from Windows Start menu
- In Select Rule Type dialog, click Cancel
- In Debug Diagnostic Tool window switch to Processes tab and search in Process Name column for Clarity.exe item
- Right-click on the item and select Create Full Userdump option
- A confirmatory dialog will be displayed including the path to the dump file
- Navigate to the folder and attach it to the report sent to support
