Why have been my detector settings for Agilent ICF Control reset to default after an upgrade?

It is possible that after upgrading from Clarity version 5.0.1.461 to a newer version you may obtain a message saying that your method is using changed configuration and your detector settings has been reset to default. This is due to improvements which have been implemented for future versions. Unfortunatelly the only way to rectify the situation is to check the configuration and set parameters in the method once again.
