Clarity update and upgrade policy
Please note the new DataApex upgrade policy which applies from July 2023. You can download and get the latest Clarity version for free
- if your Clarity has the same first version digit (i.e. minor update), or
- you have made a Clarity purchase within the last 12 months

One-year free upgrade period
Each new software license includes a free upgrade for one year. End-users with registered software will get the upgrade User Code automatically.
The latest version of Clarity is available for download in the Download section.
MINOR VERSION UPGRADES
Minor version upgrades are provided at no extra cost, such as Clarity 10.xx to Clarity 10.yy.
Check the latest Clarity downloads.
MAJOR VERSION UPGRADES
Upgrade to the next major Clarity version is provided at no extra cost, such as Clarity 9 to Clarity 10.
Check the latest Clarity downloads, your upgrade User Code will be sent to you automatically.
Subsequent standard upgrades
As soon as the one-year free upgrade period expires, you can get upgrades as follows. The paid upgrade is a one-time upgrade and does not qualify for any subsequential free upgrades.
