We have been informed that the Gibnik company has gone bankrupt.
Unfortunately, in some cases, Gibnik distributed software that was never properly licensed—no payment was made to DataApex, which means we have never issued a license user code. Thus, some customers are not in possession of valid software licenses.
Purchasing a valid software license directly from DataApex is the appropriate solution to ensure continued use. Some specific cases involve the discontinued Konikrom software (an OEM Clarity product). Software licenses for the discontinued product can only be sold without any warranty or technical support from DataApex, as the product is no longer actively supported.
