Setting the number and type of instruments

  1. Enter the System Configuration dialog: select System - Configuration… on the Main window.
  2. In the Number of Instruments field ⓐ you can set a number of instruments, based on bought licenses or you can use non-bought Instrument as the Offline one.

    3. Note:

    The Offline instruments can be used in the same way as your standard ones except for data acquisition.

  3. Set the Instrument Type field ⓑ according to the type of instrument you are using e.g., GC or LC.

    4. Note:

    The rest of the instrument types - GPC, PDA, EA, NGA, etc., need to have the particular Extension license purchased.
