CE Instrument Type in the System Configuration dialog
The CE Extension will enable the CE Instrument type to be selected in the System Configuration dialog. This will add new features to the standard Clarity interface.
CE Method
The Method Setup - Measurement Conditions tab displays terminology specific for capillary electrophoresis.
Electropherogram
The Electropherogram window displays Migration Time, Start MT Apex MT and other CE specific parameters..
Calibration
Peaks can be in CE mode identified by retention time of the Start, Apex or End. |
