All DataApex products are developed, manufactured and shipped from The Czech Republic. Third party’s products are clearly marked.

The length of warranty for all DataApex hardware is 3 years. Warranty includes the replacement of broken or inoperative parts but does not cover the replacement of parts, which have been damaged due to user negligence, misuse or mishap. In cases where the equipment used is not manufactured by DataApex, liability is limited to the warranty provided by that manufacturer and is not covered by DataApex.

Software is provided on CD ROM. A printed version of the software manual is included with each CD. All software and manuals are in English only.
Every Data Station requires the User Code and A/D card or Hardware Protection Key (dongle). A loss of A/D card or Hardware key is considered as a loss of the license right. One Data Station is to be used on one PC only. Licensing for each control / extension module is issued for use on the Data Station which must be specified during the ordering process. Multiple instruments connected to the one Data Station may then be controlled by a single control module. The control/extension license is non-transferable.
CSW™ and Clarity™ Chromatography Stations are exclusively developed by DataApex.
Advanced payment is required for purchase. Standard payment is generally made by bank transfer, where all bank fees are paid by the purchaser. Alternative payment methods must be approved in writing by DataApex. A penalty of 0.4% weekly interest will be charged to parties who are delinquent in their payment of an invoice.
